The principals of Gary Lee Development, along with William Heflin and Ralph Mitchell (aka Mitchell Builders LLC), have an ongoing joint venture to develop and construct single family and small scale multi-family projects in high barrier to entry markets.  Focusing on unique lots in highly desirable, infill neighborhoods, the joint venture is addressing the increased demand from families and empty nesters who want new, modern homes with more space, more bathrooms and modern amenties, in existing infill locations.
